Customer Service Request

The NMRA Administration Department Customer Service Associate will be happy to answer any questions regarding replacement Membership Cards, Missing Issues of the NMRA Magazine, and other Membership database related questions.

Unfortunately, we are not trained to handle questions about modeling, prototype railroads, where to find books, companies that are online or other general questions about the hobby of model railroading. 

Please be specific. The more detailed your question, the better we are able to serve you. NOTE: The NMRA Administrative Department receives hundreds of requests by mail, phone, fax and email every week. Because we answer so many requests, the typical response time is 3-4 days, depending on the nature of the request. Email requests do not take priority over any other type of request. If you are a NMRA member, please include your member number on the form.
