Seating is limited for some events and classes of service. Please book early to ensure you get the seats and circumstances you desire.
YOU MUST WEAR YOUR CONVENTION ID BADGE TO ALL EVENTS.
Friday, September 1:
* The registration room opens from 4 PM to 10 PM.
* Evening event. NRHS Fund meeting.
* Evening event. Seminar.
Saturday, September 2:
* The registration room is open from 7 AM to 8 PM.
* Morning event. NRHS Advisory Council Meeting.
* Lunch on your own.
* Afternoon event. NRHS Board of Directors Meeting.
* Afternoon event. NRHS Annual Membership Meeting.
* Evening event. Seminar.
Sunday, September 3:
* The registration room opens from 7 AM to 9 AM and 5 PM to 8M.
* All-day events. Travel by motor coach to Brightline's Miami station to ride to the newest station on the line at Orlando Airport. Lunch included.
Monday, September 4:
* The registration room opens 7 AM to 9 AM and 5 PM to 8 PM. 4
* All-day events. Travel by motor coach to the US Sugar Railroad at Clewiston to ride our memorable steam-powered excursion trip. Several photo run-byes are planned--lunch on your own in Lake Placid, FL.
Tuesday, September 5:
* The registration room opens from 7 AM to 9 AM and 3 PM to 5:30 PM.
* Choice of one of two events. Both have limited capacities:
* Tour A: Guided Transit Tour including rides of the entire Tri-Rail commuter rail and Metro Rail/Metro Mover rapid transit systems. The motor coach will be used only between the hotel and the Amtrak/Tri-Rail Deerfield Beach station. Lunch on your own.
* Tour B: Travel by motor coach to the Henry M. Flagler Museum. Lunch included.
* Evening event. Annual Banquet at the DoubleTree Hotel.
Wednesday, September 6:
* The registration room is open from 7 AM to 9 AM and 5 PM to 8 PM.
* All-day events. Visit the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. We will travel by motor coach, Tri-Rail commuter rail train, and then motor coach to the Museum. A ride on the Museum's train and Lunch are included. The convention ends when the group arrives back at the DoubleTree Hotel.
