Convention Schedule

• The event will begin on Thursday evening, May 2nd, 2024. There will be an early bird event, including dinner (on your own) and a speaker and/or layout tour to follow. This event will begin at 6 pm Eastern time.
• Friday's program will include six clinic sessions, with three clinics per session. Three in the morning beginning at 8 am Eastern and three in the afternoon beginning at 1 pm Eastern.
• There will be one or more off-site rail-themed excursions on Friday and at least one non-rail excursion planned. Layout tours and operating sessions will be held on Friday evening within a 30-minute drive from the Century Center.
• Saturday's program will be similar to Friday with three clinic sessions in the morning and two in the afternoon. An off-site rail themed excursion will be planned as well as at least one non-rail themed excursion. Layout tours and operating sessions will be organized in the afternoon and evening on Saturday.
• Nothing will be planned at the Century Center after 6 pm on Saturday.
• There will be a MWR board of directors meeting held Sunday morning after the conference. The time for this meeting is to be determined.
